I had toast for tea last night, I had crisps first then I had toast then I had some more crisps.

I then went to bed feeling a little sick, not unusual for me really. I drifted off and during the night I was sick in my mouth, I was half asleep but sort of knew it was there but maybe I thought it was a dream because I then swallowed it. I can remember chewing something as it went back down. This is the first time I have ever eaten sick and it wasn't as bad as you might imagine.
