Overdriven

On the 31st of Jan I quit smoking.
On the 1st Feb I (re)joined the gym.
On the first of feb, I realised that smoking had kicked my ass and handed it back to me.
My goal is to keep on going, to get slimmer and just to see how far I can go before I give up.

Reasons for quitting and going back to the gym? Health implications, am sick of not being able to run any more. Freedom is awesome. Become slimmer and generally feel better about myself and of course, for Miss...

Not posted anything in a while and I've had rather good reasons why I've not been able to. As people know, I went through the whole Crohn's/Anemia thing and I've been dealing with that. It killed the first semester of my Uni and pretty much ruined the latter part of my year.

Had my first real "attack" today, is currently calming down as I type. The doctors said anything can kick off pain.. Something did. NO idea what... I should stop underestimating how silly the human body is.

I happened to be napping and woke up rather quickly having stupidly sharp pains in my chest (central, near lungs), I think the cause of the 'attack' were some of the iron tablets I took maybe an hour before doing so.. Which, if they are they cause, is rather odd.. Since...
