Blackjack

I closed up the shop today. I had been sitting inside, watching the rays of sun, shining through the prison like bars of the security door. It was the first time this year the temperature reached 70, and walking to work earlier that day, I felt that this was truly the first day of the season of long nights.

Right, so from time to time i cut some weight to reach a desired weight class. And while no normal person wants to live on the full diet i have while doing that. I have (through necessity, as a lover of food, but completely inept in the kitchen.) learned a few easy dishes, that wont f00k with teh schedule, and still tastes great. Always perfectly fine for everyday food, when i'm just maintaining and have no need to lose weight.

Alright, so i know we've got quite a few peeps here, who enjoy anime. And from time to time, we have people asking for anime suggestions. So i decided to do short reviews of animes you might not otherwise watch.
There is the "must see" lineup of anime most people get. (Not that i disagree. They are fantastic.)

The year is 2xxx. A race of giant humanoid aliens (Might not look at all like humans. But it's not a spaceblob or a massive spider) has landed on earth. Humans are no longer the top creature, but we are accepted by the aliens, just like we accept birds, horses, dogs and bears. And the aliens view earth like an exotic island, ala the galapagos, and not a potential place to live.

Would humans be pets? Would the aliens see us as a cute species, like we do dogs and cats? Or would they...

I was suppose to fight this saturday, so i cut out any sweets(which i love, especially chocolate ) for the period leading up to it. But i found out today that it has been rescheduled. So i decided to pig out and eat what i wanted... now my tummy hurts
