CSS server command question
You know the points scoring system in CSS that awards 4 frags for a defuse - is there any way of reducing that point value? Is it a fixed server setting or can the admin tweak?

It's not a fixed server command as far as I know.

When I played CS:S I did find a few servers that had it disabled.
