Time to let the Glastonbury section die?

Is it time to remove the Glastonbury section on Freddyshouse? There is a "Other DAOC Servers" section where people could still discuss things relating to the server if they really wanted but lets face it, the Glastonbury section is dead.

On top of that Glastonbury isn't an English server any more so it stands to reason that there shouldn't be a section for it over here any more. I mean there are MANY more FH people playing Avalon and if they have to use the "Other DAOC Servers" section then why shouldn't the 3 or 4 Glastonbury players do the same?

Just thought it was time to raise the point.

Well i,m sure if the ppl who mantain the forum, will consider this section is no longer needed they will remove it.

But Pryd is in an ENGLISH cluster, and Glast is not. And this is a community forums for english servers mainly.
And really given that there's a new post every 3-4 days at best... really.

It's not about number of people it's about the fact that the server is no longer English and that this section was dead. I was merely suggesting it to the powers that be.

How raising such an issue is considered petty is completely beyond me please enlighten me.

Yes, and I was sleeping 2 o'clock in the morning is too late for me if I wants to be abel to get up in the morning.

True, I dont care where Glaston users have there threads, its not important and thats why I wonder why anyone else even bother to start a thread on the subject - nothing more important to write about?

Pirkel, Just becose the server isnt english anymore didnt magical make all its users germans.. Heck, it was a great numbers of non-english people there from the start.. maybe we should have had the threads about Glaston in a frensh forum.. or even swedish? Its not relevant to say its a german server just becose it stands [GE] infront of it.

The numbers of posts is the onely real argument realy, but just that makes it a bit .. well .. petty..

I don't agree. Following that logic we should have an Avalon board here. It's a GOA server that has as much English language people playing on it as Dyvet and CERTAINLY more then on the Classic cluster.

Since the powers that be have explained very clearly that an Avalon board was not an option because this was a forum aimed at English language people playing on English language servers Glastonbury no longer fits that description. It is not an English language server any more and I even doubt if there are many English language people playing on it... and if there are they haven't been using this forum for a good while.

Again I don't agree but that is obvious because you base the decision of it being petty on a flawed argument.

But just by replying here shows that you, however little, do care. The reasons for the thread is valid as Pirkel pointed out. That you're trying to push you opinion, as you always do, just adds to the BS that you're trying to pull with "I don't care"....

As Pirkel said, and as I pointed out before, these boards are for the english speaking SERVERS and not french, spanish, swedish, danish, german, or whatever. From the start doesn't count today as it's clearly not like day one now. Numbers wont change anything.

Errmmmm duuuhhh! that's not what this thread is about? It's a suggestion to take away a part of the forums that's not used. I.e. lessen the space and using it for whatever they wanna use it for.
