Can u change game interface language?

If i wanna play on salisbury german clasic server the interface and all it will be in german is there any way to change it to english?

Some of your local client text stays english, but all server messages like in combat, all items etc come out in german. Can't change it afaik.

Also when playing English on German, reply doesn't work so you have to manually /send. Someone said that climb walls ability doesn't work either.

Only other issue we found was with housing. Bought a house but couldn't upgrade it to a guildhouse, got a blank dialog which ended up crashing the client when trying to cancel it.

Best plan is to have someone from germany in your grp to help translate. You get used to all the german names for things over time.

Also all Germans seem to speak really good english. Make a macro for "ich spreche kein deutsch", and they often go out of their way to speak english for you.

u can fix the reply thing and some other stuff by patching to german language. editing some patch file i think. had same problem when i started to play on english servers with my german daoc

Yeah a german guy in guild said that - but won't that mean the last remaining client text in english suddenly goes german?
