[HELP] Rsi

Has anyone had RSI or got it here? got a sneaking suspicion that my right hand little finger is developing it as its had an aching pain for the last couple weeks that refuses to go away, guessing its from the millions of return key presses it makes.

Should I go see a doc, or just tape it up so I can't use it to give it a rest? Not using the computer is not an option!

Go see the doc, not worth the risk. I had it very severely with the start of bad CTS too, but with a proper exercise program and changes to my typing and mouse useage solved it.

My boss has it at work(office, computers, etc) but I suspect its got very little to do with computer use!!

Ive got it and Ive just changed the way I sit at my machine. I use 3 monitors and it was the way I was twisting my hand that was causing it.
