activating arties?
possibly a retard Q but i cant seem to activate, got the book got the enc, im high enough, scholar says "travel to your own realm" so i ported to hib si, then back into oceanus, same again :X
there something im missing here?

use the npc's corresponding to your own realm, you can't use the mid scholars if you're an alb etc etc
