Dexcap anyone ?

Hello there.

I'm just wondering what the amount of dex I need to cap my castingspeed on a Celt Druid.

15 dex at creation
26 dex-cap in template
Aug dex 5 -testing only-
10% castspeed ofc.

I end up on 378.

You won't.

396-401 is magical enough for capped dex but afair only the Heretic as a 2ndary healer can get close to it.

Uh the castspeed vs dex debate. All that 386 = cap bullshit was based on some shoddy line fitting thru some crappy data as far as i could see. Like licking your finger, holding it up to the wind and saying windspeed is 11.475mph. Did some testing myself but not enought either, it did seem to start plateauing out between 380 and 400.

Wouldn't bother with more than aug dex 4 max whatever dex you finish with anyhow, not worth the points, where are all these quick reaction, high dex casters you have to beat to the draw on the server anyhow?...
