Most guilds on mid/limors are gg's that have moved over.

To apply for NFD you need to post an application up on Na Fianna Dragun Guild & Alliance Forum - Index

Expect same process for tedious ten - google "tedious ten" to get their forum page.

Not sure about Arctic Rose, they could well have a couple of spots as think they are currently rejigging their fg for rvr after 'artistic differences'.
