Origins of the Harpies help.
I'm after the harpy feather charm from the quest,
I did it myself and only recieved 1 bonus item from foraging. A friend did it and got another 1 of the items. So now i only need the harpy talon. But i cant continue foraging as i have all 4 quest items. A friend is going to help me later but is there anything special that needs to be done? Maybe foraging the pillars in a set order? Or is it really all down to chance what you get?

AFAIK its pure chance, with 1fg last time I did it, we scrounged up enough for 2 only between us.

Had to buy the remaining bits off a CM, got 6 animal bones between 2 people
 .

As well as the bits needed for the quest you might get:
Animal Bones Bunch of Harpy Feathers harpy talon Now why they didnt give the harpy talon capitals like all other quest drops i dont know. Think a lot of people have done it and thought it was normal loot and sold it As mentioned best bet is to have a few friends try the quest and hope to be lucky.
