Sent a 'nice' letter today, then he will get another in a week, and then our solicitor will do his worst. The fact that he wont even talk to us is pissing me off more, so fucking childish

Not a lot I can say to that except *hugs*. The solicitor is the best route rather than turning up and tearing it down though.

Well its just the base that is up atm, but we have, (and have paid for) the conservatory. At least we haven't put it up, then he would have that too. The builder is threatning to take down the brickwork, but as we are going down the legal route, i dont want him to just yet

We have just got ourselves (financially) in comfortable positon over the last few years and were about to get ourselves a new van, but if this goes tits up then we are back to where we were 2 years ago

No the builder is sound, and his mate he works with is built like a brick shithouse (he scares the life out of me tbh) but he is the sweetest guy you would ever meet

You have to get a 264 to mitcham, and then an n44 back to sutton.
