however just recently in the last week or so MSN has started randomly not working.
It will still show her logged in on her pc and still show her logged in on my msn but when she types anything in it wont send and bounces back after a long delay.

The same thing will happen if i try and send to her .. it will bounce back too
if she quits and re logs into msn then it will start working again for a while and then rinse and repeat ...
Any ideas why this is suddenly doing this ? Have tried reinstalling and all btw.

I've got two 500g seagate hard drives, both of which i've been using for a while. Recently my primary drive with Windows 7 on has had some problems so i'm about to send it back for a replacement. Therefore i need to reinstall windows on my second hard drive which until now has had loads of music and videos etc on it.

If i install Windows 7 on the hard drive, what will happen to all the files on there? Will they be wiped or stuck in windows.old?

I don't have enough space to back it up having just copied loads of stuff from my first drive.
