Logged into EQ2 for the first time in a few weeks just now.

[Stopped playing BETA as i didnt want to spend the time leveling too high then just be deleted on release, also got back into DAOC a bit more]

There hav ebeen some pretty potent changes, lag has almost vanished - im now able to put my GFX settings on the BEST the game can offer and its completely playable (slows down in heavy populated zones) but i could never do that before

The "polish" is pretty much there, the little things that make the game look more appealing now work.

Really looking forward to the 8th november now

When do you think we will actually get to play ? if it ships on the 8th, will it appear on the 9th ? or will we just have shiny new boxes and no pingable servers

I presume that the servers will be up on the 8th, but most people won't get their copy untill a few days later.
