Few questions about EQ2

Got a few questions , hope you can answer :

1. Is there a european EQ2 webby ?
2. European servers dead ?
3. Worth starting on European server or U.S. ?
4. Is there a free trial download for the European servers , as I know there is for U.S. servers.

1. No there is no dedicated Euro website but there is eq2players.com SoE site for the EU servers - The English ones are Splitpaw [Best one ], Runnyeye, and Darathar (PvP).

2. No the EU servers are very much alive.

3. If you want events, and to be in a guild that are going to be active during peak EU hours then I'd say yes.

4. The Trial of the Isle is based on a separate server from the rest as its only the starting areas.

You can pick eq2 & an expansion for a tenner off play.com sale atm, I did just that the other day & have been pleasantly suprised by the game. Although I should have perhaps started on a non pvp server since I have sod all clue what I'm doing atm
