Trial account!

Disappointed with the need to create a sub account to play the trial, im posting here just incase theres away round it with anouther client that i dont know about. Basically i dl the game,updates,created an account with codemaster it even needed my phone number which i never give until now and eventually the next button presented me with a must have payment sub account which is a no no. I remember playing the spectrum version back in the day, would be nice to try this version.

If I were you, I wouldn't bother, fun as it was when it came out, it's just boring now

or wait for the US relaunch and hope europeans can create accounts there as over yonder its about to go f2p style.

AFAIR, you don't need to hope. As long as you are prepared to call codemasters via telephone to the US, then it's no problem, as long as you state why you are wanting a US account instead of a European one - which I did with lotro and then opened an EU account anyway on the same game - wanted to see pvp both sides of the pond
