Noob-ish question about CoT

I've got to hunt 10 of them for a mission at level 5/6 in Kings Row

I understand they are on rooftops at night - is this correct? are there other specific locations ? are they easy to spot?, and how easy will they be to solo (Tanker class)?

get a gropup and hunt for them in the north part of Kings Row. should be doable then

Look out for green lights and the sounds of explosions - that's them - they also hang round abck alleys.

They are usually quite easily spotted, they perform all kinds of (supposedly) evil rituals on Paragon city citizens, these rituals are accompanied by circles of green light, which are not only rather impressive but can also be seen from quite a distance, just climb on top of a high building and start moving from rooftop to rooftop.
Lowest level mobs you can generally expect to encounter in King's Row are lvl 6, so as a level six tanker I think you may be facing quite a challenge, if you can find whites, and no more than three or four, than you might very well be able to go after them on your own, grouping, as Bels suggested, is definitely faster since finding a challenge that you can win will be easier.

As i havent used my level 6 additional powerup yet - ill get something like hover or jump etc. Then i can easily move along rooftops.
