Encountered a player today who could both teleport self/other and hover. I thought you could only select one movement set.

you can select several movement sets
but you can only choose abilities from 4 powerpools.

Not seen that - thought you could only access your 3rd option. Will have to look out for it in 2 dings time (however long that might take)
