I dunno Im only rank 20 or so. Tbh the MP side of this game gives me bad motion sickness, like Q4 and D3 and all that does too.

Wtf is a MP44 doing in that game anyway???

I play MP from time to time, got level 55.

Played hardcore before only, as I don't like the radar stuff but I've to say that hardcore is actually easier, as some luckstars will always hit you with a pray & spray bullet.

Nowdays I play Headquarter mode only on a normal server, 8 vs 8 max, sadly all the maps are way too small for any more players.

I think that the air strikes are just shit, you can dominate a whole match by getting a few early kills and using air strikes to win easily. I haven't found a server with turned off or harder to get air strikes yet.

All in all quality of the people playing on public servers is shite like in all major FPS I have been playing so far, but I am not interested in playing clan games as it becomes a real sport to stay on top of a ladder, so it's all good to log in for a couple of hours and rock some randoms or get rocked.

bear in mind, if you alter it at all, ie turn off airstrikes, its no longer ranked, and you cant do challenges on it

a few servers have rules not settings, no noob tubes etc, but if you turn them off it fucks up stats

That makes sense why so little servers have them then, I don't care about stats, if I die 10 times cause I am the only one to stop enemy team to rush in and take flag, so be it - sometimes with bad stats you know you played for the team and won.

I see often players who rock kill stats, but their team loses the match.

Noob tubes are annoying, especially peeps who just don't do anything else than to run with double noob tubes and nuke the living crap out of the people. Again, usually their team loses anyway, at some point you head shot them faster than they noob tube as they become predictable doing the same stuff over and over again.

With the linux dedicated server I considered to run my own one, but I have semi-important stuff on that box and I hesitated

i think in 2 or 3 months more servers will be tweaked, and un-ranked, especially now the mod tools are out, as of , er, yesterday ?

few servers i play on tend to be ; no tubes, no martyrdom, no camping, no rpgs. usually works quite well , but again , that is an admin controlled thing cos its still ranked, and while that is a contradiction, people like to get golden weapons so

best thing to do that sort of thing is to use the double weapon perk, if you sneak up on people whip out the shotgun and shoot them in the back of the head. Time consuming but more fun than dieing all the time trying to head shot them face on with the shotty

Or hang back a bit and wait for a team mate to get shot and swap pistol for his gun, same thing but can ahve better perks than double weapon

good point, but im becoming rather good at DEagle headshots from half the map away
