I hope to keep this up to date as I spend the next 2 - 3 years in the Netherlands. Why the land of giants? Apparently the Dutch are the tallest in the world! I may change the title if I feel more creative....
Extreme attack of paranoia

Why oh why do I get these? Do they affect any of you in the same way?
Spoke with my boss today as he had just come back of holiday and wanted to catch up. That is when it started... my stupid mind. They seem so eager for me to go.. I almost feel pushed, rather than the rational thought and more genuine feeling that they see it as a great opportunity for me.
The trouble is once it starts it gets worse and worse and nothing anyone can say or do can make it go away....
Spoke to my HR representitive as the company assign someone to you who looks after your mental move as well as physical and we agreed that my feelings about moving after 8 years were relitively normal... I can see that but I still am incredibly paranoid, not helped by one of the other G1 managers who is one of those people who take great pleasure in making people miserable for their own amusement.
An example of this is when I had a breast cancer scare earlier this year her reaction was that due to my weightloss I probably had saggy tits so if I needed surgary at least I could get a boob job on the NHS..
Trying to be a bit brighter...
I am off to NL on monday for 3 days where I will finally get to view some apartments, one in Tilburg and one in Breda. Of the two places I would prefer Breda as it is very pretty.
I also have a phone interview for dutch bootcamp... very scary!
I then get a few days respite in Sweden *grins*
