I really do Love my new Job!

Today I got to taste roughly 40 wines, Have a really nice meal with a roasted pig, cream potatos and have some fun in a RS8.

all that was missing was a quicky back behind the Warehouse with one of the stunning serving girls would have compleated the day ""sadly" I'm spoken for :S"

I've actually tasted quite a few other things since my last blog, but I've also been quite busy and thus "lazy" on...

Today I tried out three more Spanish.
A Red, a Rose and a white, all from the same
house.

- Vizorro Blanco, 80% Viura, 20% Verdejo
- Vizorro Tinto, 100% Tempranillo
- Vizorro Rose, 100% Tempranillo

All did preaty much nothing for me, stale, borring, the white had an unballanced dry bitter finish to the very mineral/watery style.
The rose was a watery juiciness without the sweatness, and a very off dry finish.

I finally got my lazy ass down to the wine celler
to check out tho's names i had forgotten sohere goes..

The NZ sweet was: Matariki Late Harvest Riesling 2004
The portugeise Reds were: Azamor
And that Grappa di bassano was: Capovilla Az. AGR.

and to the new tastings:

Some really nice Spanish wines and two southern french.

- Mas du canal, Reserve 2007, Vin du pays d'oc
