Today i stopped cracking my knuckles, completly. Not just knuckles but every possible joint i had that was crackable.
Toes
Wrists
Elbow (Right)
All 10 fingers/thumbs
Both knee joints
Hip Joints
Back
I've actually done quite well, its when i find myself doing fuck all that i feel the urge to, but i don't and i congratulate myself for not doing it (i read that somewhere lol) and it's working.
My only question would be if the pain and stiffness will go away! We'll soon see!

I think I've read somewhere that There is actually no health proven risk involved/connected with cracking joints, so other than being potentially anoying to your bystanders, well.......
But If it's a habbit your unhappy with, and want to change then I applaud your effeort and GL with it... ![]() |
