what is and what should never be

okay.
i need to start losing weight. last summer i was about 95kg. right now i am 109kg. and to make matters worse, i have lost quite a lot of muscle mass (so much that it is visible, i never was very muscular but now its just blubber hanging off my bones). so i need to get back into the 'overweight' shape i was last year, and stop being such a fat motherfucker.

when my roommate wakes up (no, i didnt wake up at 7 am, i just skipped sleep due to leftover energy from being ill for more than a week and doing nothing) i am going to try to get him to accept to a propbet - whoever loses the most weight by a certain date wins a significant amount of money from the other. i think that he is going to go for it, because he has got fat as well lately. though he has health problems so i dont know how he will feel about weight loss - which might have negative effects on ones health.

gonna be needing more money though, since healthy / less fattening foods cost more moneys than the ones i regularly eat.

also, i am getting back into poker.
found 13$ on pokerstars and since i cant afford a bankroll right now, i gotta grind that motherfucker up to a bankroll, and then think about doing something seriously again.
