Andrea Camilleri: The Terricotta Dog
Posted 4th June 2008 at 10:22 AM by Ezteq
book two of the sicillian detective series and this time the story begins with the stragne circumstances surrounding a mafioso arrest and progresses (with some really funny bits) on to finding a pair of mummified corpses laid out in a cave in some bizzarre ritualistic way, with a terricotta dog at their feet.
What does it all mean?
im ot saying, youll just have to go read the damn book :P
anyhoo this one is probably better than the first, its definately funnier and it also has the glossary of sicillian terms and phrases in the back so that whenever there is a reference to something you can look it up and see what it is.
warning though, do not read this book if your on a diet
