dutch countryside route

awesomely pretty (if you like flat Dutch countryside, interspersed with trees, the odd church and some villages with odd names) on what will perhaps be the last day of good weather this year. purposely trying to keep my HR low(er) and thus managed to spend 71 mins in zone 4 and "only" 56 mins in zone 5. yes, fear my heart o0 had an hour of rest at my mums though where she forced me to drink yucky rooibos tea *spits*

this time on the mtb. almost lost my speedometer thingy due to the bouncy trail making it's screw come loose :/

forgotten biking

ooh well once apon a time -aka friday uh or was it wednesday three weeks ago (edit: it actually was 06/09/2008)? or was it three?- eep I really can't remember! Too bad, because I do remember the biking. It started out as a large amount of meh because I had begun a route that I already knew and I was bored. My bike wasn't behaving itself and my right arm was telling me that my bars were slightly out of true. On top of that the sun was setting and I wasn't pleased with the world in general.
