Book 7 (I think) for Tempe Brennan and this time another of her annoying friends turns up and turns the good Doctors life inside out, things are a bit rough with her love life (Ryan's doing the mysterious bit) and if it wasn't for the good writing and likability of the characters the stupidity of some of the situations they find themselves in would drive me batty (a bit x filesque, oh no spookey dark house with killer inside, i'll go in alone and not tell anyone where im going... and i shant turn...
