Did the betrayer in two days, 2x6 hour sessions. The area with the vamps is nothing more than exta lewt/xp if you can handle them early on. Its later in the quest when you got your "pointy stick" you go down futher. I had no big problem when i positioned my paladin in a door opening, my other chars behind, vamps infront. The mage nuked while i blocked. Got nice xp off all the blown up urns
