Derida gave up, there are a few other UIs about that have updated it, just google for them. TBH I recommend Bob's UI, its very adaptable, again google for it.

You can upgrade the US account online, unlike GOA you can adjust everything about your account from the login box, which takes you to the EA site for DAoC and you accounts, from there you can upgrade to take those expansions and change the update.ini file to point at the US servers.
