Looks like they are trying to do the same as they are in WAR. For most classes there will be an almost exact equivalent for each realm and then there will be slight differences with the hybrids. The main difference in the realms at the moment is in the CC and buffing characters and both of these are being looked at.

I know some of these don't quite match up yet but from what is being said about changes to buffing and CC I wouldn't be surprised if classes got made alot more similar. For example: If they nerf mezz they need to give bards a boost and who would bet against them being given improved melee to make them more like skald/minstrel?
