Don't be so sure on that one sonny, seen a lurikeen hero with 50+20 parry 50+20 shield get slammed 3 times in a row (by a rr8 paladin) before and he had mob3/moparry3.
And his template was alot better than yours raw stat wise.
And relying on a celerity
proc is a flaw on its own regardless of the proc rate.. end of the day you've also gotta remember your gonna meet people with the same sort of idea as you (s/s) and the chances are the template they have will put yours to shame in that respect.
