Focussing too much on AF bonus is bad. 40 AF ~= 4% damage reduction. 1 energy damage proc > that.

Those 2x 2% ToA bonusses are nice, but certainly not worth gimping your template over (leave alone building a template around it). For a VW'r AF is more important then anything btw, so i would look for 50.
