40Gb has wireless. Only thr 20Gb (not seen in Europe) didn't have it.
IF you can get a 60Gb (should be pretty difficult..), your decision is basically:
Do I want PS2 backwards compatibility?
Yes --> 60Gb
No --> 40Gb
